• To qualify for student registration one must furnish a certificate duly signed by the head of the department which must be uploaded on the conference registration page
• Accompanying person under 5 years is free, 5 to 12 years will be charged half rate

Hotel Rates

We are providing concessional hotel rates for stay at the venue of the conference, so please take of the opportunity to avail of maximum benefit. All our rates are inclusive of GST and all transaction charges.

Please note that there hotel rates do not include conference registration. To avail of hotel booking you will need to opt for the residential package. You have the option of registering for the conference and making the hotel booking at a later date. However please note the rates are dynamic and are likely to go up at a later date. Also hotel rooms at this rate are very limited.

• Hotel rates includes 2 nights stay in well-appointed deluxe category rooms at the venue JW Marriott.
• Accommodation includes check in on 14th and check out on 16th, Buffet Breakfast at JW Kitchen for resident guests on 15th and 16th.
• Two Children upto 12 years without extra bed are allowed complimentary (breakfast included).
• Extra bed is charged ₹1000/- + GST extra per night
• Extra adult (12 years and above) would be charged ₹2500/- + GST extra per night (breakfast included).
• Buffet breakfast at JW Kitchen / Additional Breakfast priced @ INR 950/- + taxes per person for non-residential guest will charged separately
• Stay includes Complimentary use of health club and swimming pool.
• Double occupancy would mean Standard twin bed.
• Delegates who opt for double occupancy accommodation, will be given rooms on a sharing basis with another delegate, as per conference policy.
• Registration of accompanying person must be done along with that of a delegate, and if they opt for double occupancy, then they will be give sharing accommodation together.
• All other expenses including laundry services, extra meals, room services, minibar usage etc would be charged extra, and would be payable at the hotel.
• Check in time 1500 hrs. and check out time is 1200 hrs. Early check in/late checkout will only be given subject to availability and additional charges may be applicable.
• All guests would be required to produce photo identification at the time of check in for security purposes.
• As per government mandate, smoking is not permitted in any public areas within the hotel. Smoking is only permitted in the demarcated area. All guest corridors are also non-smoking.
• All the guests attending the event should maintain social distancing norm during and throughout the event.
• Wearing of masks by the guest while entering the hotel and during the presence at the hotel is mandatory and also the same has to be kept worn during and throughout the event in the hotel premises
• Should any guest be found not wearing masks, the hotel will provide the same at an additional cost of INR 350 per person.
