Any refund made would be after deducting all transaction charges etc
In case the conference is cancelled or converted to an online conference on account of Covid all charges would be adjusted as per for online conference and remaining would be refunded. Transaction charges may be deducted.
In case a booking has been made for a delegate with accompanying person, cancellation of the accompanying person independently can be done, however cancellation of the delegate with entail cancellation of the accompanying person also
For all cancellations extra transaction charges may apply
