In case of unforeseen complications arising out of the Covid pandemic or other natural calamities and political situations the conference may be converted into an online one.

Your payment for registration would be adjusted for online charges and the rest including the whole amount for accommodation booking if done will be refunded after deduction of transaction charges if any.

Yes we are providing for Covid testing facilities at subsidised rates at the conference venue for registered delegates and registered accompanying persons. For non-registered persons the test will be carried out as per standard rate.The test would be carried out by AMRI hospitals.

Yes you can.

Bursary is a one day training program for pre-selected PG students. Students who wish to apply for the busary program are requested to click on the link and submit the required documents. A panel of faculty members will then select a predecided number of students for the bursary. And in this year‘s conference it will be conducted on 13th of October at AMRI hospitals Mukundapur.

Delegates who have registered for the conference only will be provided with buffet lunch – veg/non-veg – on 14th 15th and 16th, buffet dinner on 14th and Gala dinner on 15th.

Interim tea coffee will be provided.

Breakfast is not included in the conference registration. However if you have registered for our residential package or have taken room accommodation then breakfast is included.

When you booked for the residential package then it will include two night stay on 14th and 15th (check-in on 14th checkout on 16th). It will include breakfast on 15th and 16th, buffet lunch on 14th, 15th and 16th, buffet dinner on 14th and gala dinner on 15th.

We are not providing pick up or drop of facilities, however you can contact our travel partner and they will be happy to arrange for the same for a charge. Alternatively you may also book a taxi from the airport or the railway station. It is our advise that you book prepaid taxis.

A PG student is one who is doing an MS, DNB, FNB or MCh degree course.
